If the item you ordered from our site is out of stock, we will contact you by phone or email and ask you to cancel your order or wait for it to become available again.
Your happiness is of utmost importance in our products. KVC Waffles LTD offers a 7-day hassle-free warranty on non-food products. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer (see Return Policy).
Our goal is to ship all orders within 35 business days of receipt, subject to payment and availability. If delivery is not possible within this period, the customer will be informed of the estimated delivery date and will be asked to continue or cancel the order.
All products sold on www.kvcwaffles.co.uk are subject to VAT. All prices quoted are consistent with current UK rates.

Please contact the office at +44 (0) 20 7604 4663. Before returning the item. All items must be returned in their original condition within 7 days of receipt of the order.
This process will take 7 days.
The product must not be installed or modified in any way and must be returned in its original condition..
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the above criteria are not met. Company KVC Waffles LTD will only refund the price of the item once it has been received.
Shipping fee will only be refunded if KVC Waffles LTD has an incorrect, damaged or defective item.Refunds may take up to 5 business days after item is returned to KVC Waffles LTD.
You must notify KVC Waffles LTD within 24 hours of receiving a damaged, defective, or defective accessory.
After this period, KVC Waffles LTD is not responsible. It depends on the customer’s request.
If only some of the items are damaged / defective, KVC Waffles LTD will send you a replacement part for that part if we are unable to supply it.
The entire item will be exchanged. KVC Waffles LTD will cover the cost of returning damaged or defective items. Damaged or defective product KVC Waffles LTD is not responsible for any related costs incurred by the customer.
In the event of a problem, we will repair or replace it depending on the nature of the problem. The warranty applies only to electrical components and will be void if deemed to have been improperly installed or misused. It has no intended purpose.
